Day Shift Monday – Thursday 7am – 18:30am
Day Shift Monday – Thursday 7am – 16:45pm and Friday 7am – 13:00pm
Night Shift Monday – Thursday 18:45pm – 06:45am
Weekend Shift – Friday & Saturday 7am – 18:30pm and Sunday 7am – 16:00pm

Donington
Day Shift Monday – Thursday 06:30am – 18:00pm
Night Shift Monday – Thursday 18:45pm – 06:45am

All roles begin above minimum wage. Our pay rates are directly linked to training levels and new starts will receive pay reviews after 12 weeks and 6 months.
Night Shift and Weekend Shift also receive shift allowances.

There are a variety of roles within production which can vary from operating machinery, packing and moving product. All new starts will be paired up with a training buddy and receive a full training plan.

Yes we advertise our vacancies internally to give our employees the opportunity to progress within the business. Many of our employees have progressed through the business.

The interview process will vary depending on the role but applicants will be notified of the structure when they are invited to interview.
Production Operatives will be required to complete a numerical and dexterity assessment. They will also receive a factory tour so they can familiarise themselves with the environment and will then have a short competency based interview.
